Today, the Task Force on American Innovation hosted a webinar on Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning Research for Congressional Staff:

Washington, DC— The Task Force on American Innovation, a nonpartisan alliance of leading American companies, business associations, research universities, and scientific associations, today hosted a webinar titled: “Future Forward: Frontiers in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) Research and Innovation.” 

“U.S. leadership in AI and ML is grounded in long-standing U.S government investments in R&D and STEM education,” said Stewart Young, TFAI Executive Director. “Continued investment is needed to fuel the innovation ecosystem that leads to jobs and growth and keeps America as a world leader in technology and innovation.”

  The event included statements from: Congressman Jerry McNerney (D-CA), who serves as Chairman of the House AI Caucus; Congressman Jay Obernolte (R-CA); and Congressman Bill Foster.
